We love having you as an integral and strategic member of our team, and we’ve grown to rely on your wisdom, insight, and problem-solving skill set. This goes way beyond a simple values match. Of course, you have the basic ones down:

When you came on board, you were a self-starter, ready to launch into building and growing your family of accounts. You accepted coaching and learned our systems and communication style which contributed to the expansion of the client-base you have since grown. Your passion for helping clients increase their net worth while building financial plans is inspiring.
When we met, you already had clients with $10M in assets who were committed to you and the plans you’d built together, and they easily followed you to be clients at HWM. Over the last year, you’ve welcomed new clients with respect and commitment to empower them to reach and exceed their goals. You took ownership for providing excellent client service in a firm where a culture of superior client service was already paramount.
In return, we’ve been happy to share growing profits with you. We’ve been so grateful for your ambition, partnership, vision and ability to make it all happen with your invaluable organizational and follow-through skills and extreme attention to detail.
Your contributions to the firm helped us increase Assets Under Management by $75M this past year. You made it all happen (with a little help from our marketing team bringing in a stream of prospects) with your articulate communication and delivery of the value we provide to our clients.
You saw the systems and communications we built to transform people’s confidence and mindset around their net worth and improved the appearance and delivery of that information so that it was easier to understand and implement.
Your strong work ethic and prior experience in the industry has enabled us to improve our systems and processes to make the work we do more efficient. You have an innate ability to listen to clients and discover what they actually want and need. You are available to them and they know it and count on it. When you say you’ll do something, you do it.
You exude professionalism and have gracefully integrated into our team. You’ve set goals that you thought were just out of reach and met them!
You’ve learned new things quickly and have effectively managed many dynamic priorities we’ve presented to you. You’ve contributed new resources and valuable connections to individuals outside of our firm. In turn, these new resources and connections have increased our client intake rate. More prospects have said yes to becoming clients.
Now that you’ve internalized our systems and processes, you’re attracting more clients through your own connections and community. You’re completely on board with how our financial planning and investment management business fulfills our mission and making it available to more people inspires you. Of course, earning more money inspires you as well, and that’s great! So we’re all working together to make our services available to more people.

If you feel this love letter was written to you, we’d love to talk. This role will grow, and compensation grows with the profits you generate. You will largely work from home, but need to be available to travel 2-4 times per year for company or industry events, conferences and training. We expect you to have 10 years of experience at a Registered Investment Advisory firm, CFP, and Series 65 (or attainment within 90 days of joining the firm) in addition to all of the skill sets mentioned.
