Virtual Paraplanner

Hendershott Wealth Management, LLC, is a thriving and unique financial services firm looking to hire a Virtual Executive Assistant to join our team.  This position is a contract role requiring 25-30 hours per month of administrative support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You are responsible for accurately preparing and sending client account forms, tracking money movement, and other account maintenance tasks.  This includes, but is not limited to:

  • New investment account applications
  • Account contributions and distributions (including RMDs)
  • Beneficiary changes
  • Linking bank accounts
  • Tracking the status of the actions requested by the forms to completion
  • Communicating the status of the actions to the client
  • Adding notes for actions completed in CRM

Skills required

  • Thorough understanding of all investment types 
  • Broad knowledge of financial services world
  • High level of technical knowledge
  • Experience filling in Schwab new account forms and account maintenance forms and sending them through Schwab electronic signature system
  • Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
  • Proven experience as a high performer with high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information with integrity
  • Exceptional planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Understands and recognizes priorities, deadlines and has a sense of urgency
  • Articulate
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Things to know before we get started:

  • This is a contract position. 
  • Training will be provided and you must be coachable.
  • You will need to use your personal computer with a strong Internet connection and phone.
  • You will need to pass a standard background check.

*There is an option to apply for the combined role of Virtual Executive Assistant and Paraplanner.  You are able to apply for this position on its own or the combined role if interested.
